Seven Days of Self Love and Relaxation

Self care is so important. When taking time for yourself, it allows you to enjoy life, the little things and the company of others so much more. Being kind to yourself is just as important as taking care of everyone else.  Feel rejuvenated and enjoy a week of new routines to self care with small changes that make a huge difference:  Monday: Journal & Relax Reflect on the previous week and write out 10 things you are grateful for. List out all of the things that you love about yourself.  Tuesday: Digital Detox  Try to limit your screen time.
