Welcome to Day 7 of our 30 Days of Mindfulness journey. Today, we delve into the practice of Body Scan Meditation, a powerful tool for grounding and self-awareness. This mindfulness exercise allows you to connect with your body, promote relaxation, and release tension.

Why Body Scan Meditation Matters:

The Body Scan Meditation Experience:

1. Find Your Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. You can use a yoga mat or cushion for added comfort.
