Candle Refill Program – Customer Disclaimer & Billing Agreement

By submitting this form, you confirm and agree to the following terms:

1. Billing Authorization
   You authorize Luxuria Studios to charge the payment method provided for the selected candle refill order. Pricing is based on the candle size(s) and options you’ve selected and includes applicable taxes.

2. Shipping Fees

   • A return shipping label will be provided to send your empty candle jar(s) back to us.

   • Standard rate shipping fees apply for the return of your refilled candles unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

   • Shipping is available within Canada and Europe.

   • We do not ship to the USA at this time due to ongoing tariff restrictions.

3. Processing Time
   All refill orders are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your jars are received. 

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

   • Candle refills are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service.

   • However, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Luxuria Studios in the event of damage during transit or fulfillment errors.

   • If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment with photo documentation.

5. Customer Responsibility

   • You agree to send clean, undamaged candle jars suitable for reuse.

   • Luxuria Studios reserves the right to decline refilling jars that arrive broken, contaminated, or unsuitable for safe reuse. In such cases, a credit may be applied toward a future order at our discretion.
