Welcome to Day 8 of our 30 Days of Mindfulness journey. Today, we explore the practice of Affirmations, a powerful tool for cultivating positive thoughts and self-empowerment. Affirmations help you reframe your inner dialogue and bring mindfulness to the way you speak to yourself.

Why Affirmations Matter:

🌟 Positive Self-Talk: Affirmations encourage a shift toward positive self-talk, boosting your self-esteem and self-belief.

🧠 Reprogramming the Mind: By repeating affirmations, you rewire your brain to focus on constructive, motivating thoughts.

🌼 Self-Empowerment: Affirmations instil a sense of self-empowerment, reminding you that you have the strength and ability to overcome challenges.

The Affirmations Practice:

1. Find Your Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable space to sit or stand. It's where you can focus on your affirmations without distractions.

2. Select Your AromaGlow Candle: Enhance your space with the soothing fragrance of an AromaGlow candle from our collection. The Pear and Basil candle is a great companion for this exercise. 

3. Choose Your Affirmations: Select a set of positive affirmations that resonate with you. These can be general or tailored to specific goals or intentions.

4. Set Aside Time: Dedicate at least 10-15 minutes for this practice. It's about creating a consistent habit.

5. Light the Candle: Safely light your chosen AromaGlow candle to create a calming and focused environment.

6. Repeat Your Affirmations: Stand or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and begin repeating your chosen affirmations. You can say them out loud or silently.

7. Focus on the Meaning: As you repeat your affirmations, truly focus on the meaning and believe in their power to transform your thoughts.

8. Reflect and Embrace: After your affirmations practice, take a moment to reflect on how they made you feel. Embrace the sense of self-empowerment they instil.
