The Mindful Candle Gazing Experience:

1. Choose Your Space: Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Dim the lights, if possible, to enhance the ambiance.

2. Select Your AromaGlow Candle: Choose an AromaGlow candle from our collection that resonates with you. The soothing fragrance and gentle glow are essential for this practice.

3. Set a Time Limit: For this exercise, consider dedicating at least 15 minutes. It's a timeframe that allows you to fully immerse in the experience.

5. Gaze with Intent: Sit comfortably, focus your attention on the candle's flame, and simply observe. Pay attention to the colors, the movement, and the way it makes you feel.
