Seven Days of Self Love and Relaxation

Self care is so important. When taking time for yourself, it allows you to enjoy life, the little things and the company of others so much more. Being kind to yourself is just as important as taking care of everyone else. 

Feel rejuvenated and enjoy a week of new routines to self care with small changes that make a huge difference: 

Monday: Journal & Relax

Reflect on the previous week and write out 10 things you are grateful for. List out all of the things that you love about yourself. 

Tuesday: Digital Detox 

Try to limit your screen time. Try to stay away from social media ( if possible and does not affect your primary living). Just enjoy the silence. 

Wednesday: Connect with Nature 

Take a long walk around the neighbourhood. Breath in the fresh air and stop to enjoy each sound. Having a unique interaction with a natural environment can help place things in perspective or guide through problems more effectively. Plus, you need a break. 30 mins on a lunch break makes all the difference. 

Thursday: Food for the Soul 

Make a healthy dinner for yourself. Something you love. Be mindful when preparing and add a glass of wine as a treat. 

Friday: Solo Date 

Have some alone time and go on a date with yourself or stay in with a good book and the Natural Lavender Candle to reduce anxiety and help increase relaxation. Relax and reflect on the good things in your life. 

Saturday: Spring Cleaning

Sunday: Shower/Bath Meditations

1. Visualize washing away your stress and anxiety
2. Concentrate on the feel of the water on your skin
3. Envision the power of the water washing away the negativity
4. Embrace any sadness, regret, anger and envision it being washed away
5. Watch it go down the drain
6. Breathe and reflect if you feel any lighter and thinking more clearly.
